Standard socks are 8 to 9 inch long from heal to toe and they are expected to stretch between 3 to 4 inch to fit up to a size 12. Our selection of big and tall socks are between 12-13 inch and are expected to stretch another 3 to 4 inch to fit up to a size 17. The socks are generally 3 inch longer on top too to accommodate the tall part of the big and tall socks.
